An eBike, or electric bicycle, is a bicycle equipped with an electric motor that provides assistance to the rider when pedaling. This assistance makes it easier to pedal and allows you to travel longer distances with less effort.

2. What is different about us?

Our bikes are the best on the market. They come with two batteries, allowing you travel a longer range and longer duration.

We have drop off and pick up location to make the rental process smooth and convenient. We can also work with you to bring you your bike and get it back when and where you want.

3. How do I rent an eBike?

To rent an eBike, visit our rental location or book online through our website www.grabnyota.com or mobile app. You’ll need to provide identification and payment information to complete the rental process.

4. What do I need to bring to rent an eBike?

You will need a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, and a credit card for payment. 

5. Can I make a reservation in advance?

Yes, you can make reservations in advance through our website or mobile app. This allows you to secure an eBike for your desired date and time.

6. How much does it cost to rent an eBike?

We currently have daily and weekly fees. Our daily fees are for $15/day and the weekly fee is for $60/week. When you book our bikes, the fee will be the minimum between the daily total and the weekly fee. For example a 5 days rental should amount to $75 total while the weekly fee is $60. In that case you will pay $60 for 5 days.

7. What is included in the rental fee?

The rental fee typically includes the eBike, two batteries, locks and a cover. 

8. Do I need insurance when renting an eBike?

We recommend checking with your own insurance provider to see if you are covered when renting an eBike. We may offer insurance or damage waivers for an additional fee.

9. Can I ride the eBike without pedaling?

Yes, eBikes have a throttle that allows you to ride without pedaling. However, local regulations may vary, so it’s essential to familiarize yourself with the rules and laws in the area where you plan to ride.

10. Are there age or weight restrictions for renting an eBike?

Age and weight restrictions may vary depending on the rental location and the type of eBike. Typically, riders must be at least 16 years old to rent an eBike. Weight limits may also apply, so check with the rental location for specific requirements.

11. What happens if I have a problem with the eBike during my rental?

If you encounter any issues with the eBike during your rental, please contact our customer service immediately. We will provide instructions on how to proceed, whether it’s troubleshooting the problem or arranging for a replacement eBike.

12. Can I return the eBike after hours?

The latest one can return a bike is 10 pm. However we can give instructions and guidance if you would want us to return you rented bike for you the next day if you did not do it by 10 pm the day prior.

13. Do I need to charge the eBike’s battery during my rental?

No, you do not need to charge the eBike’s battery during your rental. We ensure that the eBike is fully charged and ready for use when you rent it. 

Our bikes have two fully charged batteries when you pick them up. They allow you to travel further. 

For weekly rental we can also charge your battery daily mainly during afterwork hours depending on demand. However in most case it is your responsibility to monitor and care for the battery level.

13. Can I rent an eBike for an extended period, such as a week or more?

Yes, we offer extended rental options for those who wish to rent an eBike for more than a day. Contact our customer service team or check our website for information on long-term rental rates and availability.

14. What is your cancellation policy?

Our payments can be refunded for a weekly rental if the cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the start of the rental. Daily rental are usually non refundable. However we offer the option to book without making a payment.
